HIP or EPC

We understand the Solicitors role and relationship with their clients in the home sales market and we are not aiming to infringe those relationships.

What we will try to do is convince you that our products may suit your requirements, whether a HIP or EPC and ask that you study the offer and if it does suit then please contact us so that we can come along and discuss it.

  • The Summery
  • The Sales Statement
  • Title and Ownership
  • Home contents form (optional)
  • Home use form (optional)
  • Local Authority Searches
  • Drainage and Water Searches
  • Copies of and planning, listed building and building regulations consents and approvals


Our Leasehold HIP consists of:
 

  • A Copy of the Lease
  • The most recent service charge accounts and receipts
  • Building Insurance Policy details and payment reciepts
  • Any regulations made by the Landlord or Management Company

We also provide Energy Performance Certificates at very competitive prices and these are delivered within 3 days of ordering.

We are fully accredited to carry out energy assessments and have PI and PL insurance for all products advertised on this site.
