Energy Performance Certificate

From the 1st of October 2008 rented properties will require Energy Performance Certificates before you can rent to the public.

HIPs-at-Value are here to help you get through this process. You will require several copies of the EPC just like your Corgi test. These have to be viewed by potential tenants, displayed in the property, the managing agent requires a copy for their records and you will require a copy as proof of compliance.

We will provide as many copies as required all for the price we quote for your survey.

We also offer discounts for property portfolios regardless of portfolio size.

Not included in our offer is ‘Houses in Multiple Occupancy’.
