HIPs-at-Value provide Home Information Packs and Energy Performance Certificates to the home sales and rental market primarily in North and West Yorkshire. We can also provide our HIP’s throughout England using our panel of DEA’s who are all members of the Institute of Domestic Energy Assessors (IDEA).
We established our business providing EPC’s for the housing market in August 2007 and have more recently provided both Home Information Packs and Energy Performance Certificates at really affordable prices for our clients in the Yorkshire area.
We are members of the Institute of Domestic Energy Assessors and are in a unique position to be able to offer our products at very competitive prices by dealing with clients direct and avoiding the usual fee’s to third parties and can pass these savings on to our clients.
Our HIP’s are valid throughout England and Wales regardless who you market your property with.
All of our products are insured to industry standards and copies of our policy cover can be viewed by our clients on request. The search teams we use are all Search Code Compliant organisations so you know your HIP is fully compliant.
The price quoted is for the full payment upfront, you can order by calling 0800 043 5944, our payment method is by most credit, visa and debit cards. You can also pay by cheque if this is your preferred option.
